*UPDATE* AS PER THE LATEST GOVERNMENT GUIDELINES WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING VISITORS AT WOODGATE FARM. WE ASK THAT ALL CUSTOMERS, SUPPLIERS AND DELIVERY DRIVERS CALL THE OFFICE OR MURRAY TO DISCUSS REQUIREMENTS. 

With the news dominated by COVID-19 we wanted to take this opportunity to update our customers.

It is currently business as usual at Ace ATV & Equipment. We are taking all recommended and necessary steps as outlined by the Government and Public Health England to protect our employees and customers. Their welfare is our primary concern. 

We will continue to offer the following services with new guidelines:

  • Essential Maintenance - our Engineers are available for on-site mechanical assistance. We will arrange an appointment to attend your machine. We will ask for your machine to be left in a pre-arranged, safe location, that it has been washed and all social distancing guidelines are adhered too. Our engineers will be using anti-bacterial wipes to disinfect all surfaces they have handled. We would recommend you repeat this step once they have finished and left. 
  • Delivery - we are continuing to offer delivery for machines. We ask that our drivers are allowed to deliver and unload your machine on their own and all social distancing guidelines are adhered too. They will wipe and disinfect all surfaces they will have handled, including keys, steering wheel etc. We would strongly recommend that you repeat this process once your machine has been handed over.
  • Appointments - We will continue to offer remote appointments through Facetime. Contact the Office or Murray directly to arrange an appointment and we will call you to discuss your requirements.
  • Viewings - Through Facetime we will offer virtual tours of any new or used machine you are interested in. We are also happy to email you videos and photos at your request.

In addition to this we would ask for any hand washing facilities to be made available to our staff where required.

During these uncertain and unprecedented times we are proud to continue are support for British Farmers and workers, when we need them more than ever. The shelves of Tesco have been empty and it’s down to all farmers including our fruit, veg and cereal growers that we can continue to buy fresh British produce (anyone know of any fresh British toilet roll being grown?!).

We are working harder than ever to support our customers, old and new. Through maintaining current vehicles with servicing and repairs, plus delivering new vehicles and equipment where desperately needed. Please note that accessories such as canopies will become harder to source over the coming months but we will try our best to keep you moving.
